1. General Policy

All cancellations are subject to the check-in schedule.

Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable fees (e.g., transaction fees, transfer fees).

2. Refund Rules

Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in → Full refund (100%)

Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in → 50% refund

Cancellation within 7 days of check-in or No-show → Non-refundable (0%)

Early check-out after check-in → No refund for unused nights

3. Exceptions (Force Majeure)

In cases such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or government entry restrictions, refunds may be considered upon submission of valid proof.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days from the date of request.

▪️Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
▪️Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
▪️Check-in details will be provided after booking.

▪️Service Provision Period: The service period is based on the reserved check-in date and the selected duration at the time of booking.

▪️Payment: Full prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
▪️Invoice: An official booking confirmation and invoice will be issued automatically after payment.
