Refund policy

1. Products

• All returns including exchanges & returns for a refund must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• The returning shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility except for wrong items, defective items, or Free Return eligible items or locations.
• Before returning the item(s) back to us, please contact us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Without the return receipt with the RMA number will cause a delay to process the refund & exchange.
• All returning items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
The returned item without the original tag attached will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• If the item is returned after 30 days, no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to the buyer or will be donated to charity.
• If the item is returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable' or 'Refused', Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
• If any free shipping items are returned due to 'Wrong Address', 'Unclaimed', 'Undeliverable', or 'Refused', they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• The returns including refund & exchange will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the item back.
• If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong item(s), we will be fully responsible for the returning shipping cost.
• SeouLution reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
• All purchases made with partial or complete gift certificates or eGift cards are not refundable.
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• We do not accept returns for any promotional sale items, promotional giveaway items, or some health, and personal care items.

Please obtain a tracking number for your returns. In case the returned items are lost without the tracking number, we are not responsible for a refund or exchange.
In case the returned item is lost or missing, the tracking must be shown as 'Delivered' to our return department's zip code to be covered.
Any missing packages or damaged or defective items must be claimed within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.

2. Experience Services

  • For any booking inquiries or changes, please contact our staff.

  • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.

  • Same-day bookings are not accepted. All reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.

  • Participation is at the customer’s own risk. SeouLution is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the experience. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, weather warnings, government restrictions, or host illness), a full refund will be issued or the experience may be rescheduled.

3. Accommodation

  1. General Policy

  • All cancellations are subject to the check-in schedule.

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or transfer fees.

  1. Refund Rules

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in → Full refund (100%)

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in → 50% refund

  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in or No-show → Non-refundable (0%)

  • Early check-out after check-in → No refund for unused nights (except in force majeure cases).

  1. Exceptions (Force Majeure)

  • In cases such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or government entry restrictions, refunds may be considered upon submission of valid proof.

  1. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution and payment method, but generally takes 5–10 business days.
